BIOGRAPHY

Erika Goodman earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the Labor and Employment Section. She also belongs to the National Employment Lawyers’ Association, Florida Chapter. Ms. Goodman has been with the firm for approximately seventeen years. She focuses her practice on employment law. She practices in both state and federal courts, and she is the firms’ expert on arbitration proceedings.
